Pricing Notes
A porch, garage or sun porch may be incorporated into, or deleted from any design.
The cost (shown below) will be either added or subtracted as appropriate.
Porch = £820. Garage = £2,970. Sun Porch = £5,400.
Notes:
1. Floor areas are for the actual Cottages and exclude garages where shown on layout drawings.
2. Changes to the Scottish building regulations (May 2007) concerning wheelchair access have resulted in most Cottage designs increasing in floor area, compared to previous price lists.
3. Basic Kit Costs include white PVCu windows / external doors and PVC fascias / soffits to eaves.
4. Our standard kit specification includes 145mm external wall framing with 150mm insulation, 150mm floor insulation, 250mm roof insulation and windows/doors with u-value of 1.8 w/m²k.
5. All prices are ex-works, loaded and subject to VAT unless we erect the structural kit components (see 7 below). The Kits comprise all the items stated in the brochure specification, as applicable.
6. Delivery charges are subject to individual quotation but approximate to £4 per road mile, to site, per load plus ferry charges.
7. Payment terms are 10% with order with the balance payable 7 days prior to dispatch.
8. A structural kit erection service, to ‘wind and watertight’ stage, is available at a cost of approximately 35% of the Basic Kit Cost plus travel and subsistence. If this service is employed, VAT would not be chargeable on the kit.
