Eco-Homes Range
This range of designs has been introduced in answer to the Governents objective of having all houses constructed to meet "zero carbon" standards.
This requires the design, detailing, construction and occupation of a new generation of houses within acceptable levels of comfort with a zero or minimal carbon footprint.
Included in our range are designs that maximise natural lighting and encourage passive solar heating and ventilation. They require suitable siting and orientation, with habitable rooms facing generally between south east and south west and with bathrooms, stairs and circulation corridors facing north.
With very high levels of insulation used as efficiently as possible and by desinging out all possible weakness's in the insulated envelope. These truly are a range of houses for the 21st century.
